Product Design Manager - Monetization

Meta is seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager to lead the design of advertiser-facing experiences in Ads Manager. As a key member of the Core Delivery Products team, you will be responsible for driving the design of products and features that are valuable, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a talented team of product designers and design leads to deliver high-quality projects and maintain a balanced skill set.
  • Oversee team performance, resource allocation, project prioritization, and foster a culture of design excellence.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to design end-to-end user experiences.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Meta's advertiser products.
  • Design simple and elegant flows and experiences for supported platforms.
  • Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems and standards.
  • Cultivate a healthy design process and contribute to the organization's product strategy.
  • Effectively communicate product goals and connect related projects across the company.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
  • 3+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports.
  • 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
  • Experience building and shipping applications or software across various platforms.
  • Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, and ambiguous projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch.
  • Experience working on advertiser-focused or enterprise-focused products.
Compensation:

$165,000/year to $231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
