Maine Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Medical Surgical Unit. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care delivery with the healthcare team
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic knowledge of research base, theory, practices, principles, and processes of professional nursing
- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
