Clinical Nurse Specialist

Maine Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates and their families
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and identify potential crisis situations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
* A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred
* Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Maine
* At least 1 year prior RN work experience, with prior pediatrics, PICU, ICU or ER experience preferred
* Evidence of 10 hours of ongoing education per year
