This role involves overseeing both internal and external communications, developing engaging content, and ensuring uniform messaging across diverse channels. The successful candidate will possess strong communication abilities, exceptional writing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of media relations and digital communication methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations: Establish and nurture connections with journalists, editors, and media professionals. Address media inquiries and oversee press coverage.
  • Internal Communications: Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain consistent internal messaging. Prepare internal newsletters, announcements, and employee communications.
  • Social Media Oversight: Oversee the organization's social media channels, including content creation, post scheduling, engagement monitoring, and inquiry responses.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand identity and core values.
  • Crisis Communication: Aid in formulating and executing crisis communication strategies, including drafting statements and managing media interactions during sensitive circumstances.
