Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team at the Center for Family Health. This is an hourly, non-exempt full-time position that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying demographic information, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments.
The Patient Service Representative will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support. They will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Verify demographic information and collect payments
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as faxing and copying
- Follow proper procedures for STAT tests and other patient requests
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
