Hours are flexible, with no guaranteed minimum hours. Typical working hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work based on demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorting and Organizing: Collaborate with clients to evaluate their belongings, assisting them in making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard.
  • Planning: Aid clients in determining what items will fit in their new living spaces.
  • Packing: Carefully wrap and box items for relocation.
  • Overseeing Movers: Ensure that items are moved according to the established plan.
  • Resettling: Unpack clients' belongings in their new homes, remaining on-site until the job is fully completed.
  • Online Estate Sales: Create lots of items, photograph them, and write descriptions using a mobile device. Manage the auction process and prepare items for client pickup.
  • Cleanouts: Organize and manage the removal of items from homes, including those with light hoarding situations, ensuring a compassionate approach to potentially sensitive conditions.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents or accidents to the Manager.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional ethical standards.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

This role is essential in helping clients navigate challenging transitions. The work can be demanding but is always rewarding, as the focus remains on alleviating client stress and providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $15 per hour
Work Location: On-site at various job locations.
