Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and objectives.
  • Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying local market opportunities, leveraging business partnerships, and hosting community events.
  • Manage store performance by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a visually appealing store environment, aligning with our company values and mission.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers, team members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
