Qualifications:

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • A willingness to provide exceptional service and entertainment to guests in line with the restaurant's atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, and liquor, along with common drink recipes.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation.
  • Integrity, strong work ethic, and good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional demeanor with the public.

Certifications:

ServeSafe certification is preferred but not mandatory. TIPS training is also preferred but not required.
