Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Department Manager to lead our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and ensure that all team members are working together to deliver exceptional customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure that all team members are working together to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Manage and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:

• Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions

• Ability to read and write at a 9th grade level

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use point-of-sale systems

• Ability to count money and accurately give change

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
