Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for staff, including classroom and on-the-job training
- Work with management to design and deliver training courses
- Coordinate and instruct training sessions, ensuring that all employees receive regular training and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required; bachelor's degree in training, organizational development, communication, or related field highly desired
- Five years of progressive work experience in corrections or law enforcement, including one year of correctional facility experience
- Certification as a training instructor from a national or state recognized organization
