Job Overview

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Inventory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inmate personal property, adhering to all policies, procedures, and facility regulations.
  • Collect, inspect, and inventory all personal property of incoming inmates when they first arrive at the facility.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of computerized files.
  • Develop and submit required reports relative to inmates' stored property.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two (2) years of administration support experience preferably in a correctional environment.
  • Experience in word processing and good knowledge of various software programs.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures.
