The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Client Platform team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance our capabilities, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for new service onboarding, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business impact and customer value
  • Collaborate with Operations, Demand, Ops Tech, UX, and Implementation teams to define and deliver capabilities and technology features that keep customers' shipments moving
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine problem-solving capabilities, defect management, and process optimization across inbound and outbound paths
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce domain
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, offering advanced knowledge and strategic thinking skills pertinent to supply chain product management
  • Experience in product management for logistics systems, transportation management systems (TMS), or other supply chain execution technologies
What We Offer:

Flexport offers a competitive salary range of $174,000-$194,000 USD per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
