">The Opportunity">

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Client Platform team. You'll shape the future of our industry-leading supply chain application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. These solutions will enhance our capabilities, optimize operational efficiency, and provide unparalleled value to our growing customer base.

  • You'll own the product roadmap for new service onboarding, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business impact and customer value.
  • You'll collaborate with Operations, Demand, Ops Tech, UX, and Implementation teams to define and deliver capabilities and technology features that keep customers' shipments moving.
  • You'll work with Schedule, Visibility, Ocean, Air, UX, and Demand teams to develop aggregated data experiences that accelerate actions for customers.
  • You'll champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine problem-solving capabilities, defect management, and process optimization across inbound and outbound paths.
  • You'll leverage data and insights to make informed decisions, measure success, and iterate on product strategies.
">You Should Have">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • A proven track record of driving product innovation, process optimization, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • A passion for customer obsession and a deep understanding of the e-commerce and supply chain landscape.
  • A 'compliance-first' attitude to ensure regulatory satisfaction.
">Salary and Benefits">

Our estimated salary range for this position in the US is $174,000 - $194,000 per year (exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits).
