Clinical Liaison - Business Development
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Liaison - Business Development to join our team at Traditions Home Health Services LLC. As a Clinical Liaison - Business Development, you will be responsible for marketing our home health services to the community, hospitals, skilled nursing communities, elder attorneys, and assisted living communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing marketing plans to achieve sales goals
- Cultivating relationships with sources to generate repeat referrals
- Participating in the facility's marketing education, ensuring knowledge of their resources, and maintaining knowledge of competitor's service lines
- Attending seminars and conferences to promote the business
- Collaborating with clinical facility personnel regarding referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities
- Reviewing physicians' orders and patients' clinical needs and gathering clinical information
- Conducting assessments to establish the suitability of prospective admissions
- Communicating activities and concerns to supervisor
- Completing required paperwork, managing correspondence, and maintaining data in CRM
- RN or LPN degree in nursing with valid license in Massachusetts
- 2+ years of work experience in healthcare-related marketing
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license with up-to-date insurance and own car
- Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills
- Eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision through employer group plan
