Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to fill the role of Clinical Anesthesia Technician Supervisor.

This position will oversee the Anesthesia team on the Boston main campus, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical activities for Anesthesia technicians in all anesthetizing locations at MGH main campus.
  • Manage daily deployment schedules and adjust assignments as needed.
  • Direct supervision of Anesthesia Technicians, including ongoing professional development.
  • Provide input on annual performance evaluations for Anesthesia technicians.
  • Collaborate with administrative manager on performance management, training/development, and Human Resource issues.
  • Oversee education programs and training for Anesthesia technicians.
  • Serve as liaison to key constituents within the department and across MGH and MGB Health Care system.
  • Participate in multiple committees, including CPSSC, Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and DACCPM Managers forum.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of lead or management experience required.
  • 5 years of Anesthesia Tech experience required.
