Clinical Liaison Role

Foster strong relationships with referral sources and customers to drive referrals and meet census goals at Marquis Health Consulting Services.

We offer administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and Senior Housing communities nationwide. Our team provides operational guidance to help facilities exceed quality and operational goals.

This Clinical Liaison position will work closely with the hospital staff and internal teams to assess and evaluate potential patients for admission, ensuring clinical appropriateness and facilitating the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with referral sources and customers.
  • Assess and evaluate potential patients for admission, ensuring clinical appropriateness.
  • Facilitate the admission process, working closely with hospital staff and internal teams.
  • Manage all aspects of the referral and admission process.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in an appropriate field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • RN/LPN/LSW preferred.
  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing facilities, with knowledge of hospital EMR systems.
