Position Summary:
The organization is in search of a Branch Operations Specialist to enhance their branch operations. This position demands exceptional interpersonal abilities alongside strong organizational and multitasking competencies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the capability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operational functions to guarantee excellence in service delivery.
- Facilitate the client onboarding process efficiently.
- Manage and process essential documentation.
- Assist in preparing for audits.
- Communicate effectively with personnel at the home office.
- Engage and support branch staff and various management levels.
- Handle routine and sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents to the home office.
- Participate in cross-training within other operational roles.
- Exhibit willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
- Assist Branch Control Officers with the syndicate process.
Required Qualifications:
- FINRA Registration: Series 99 or 7 and 63 required (to be obtained within 6 months of employment).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Experience in brokerage operations is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to navigate various computer systems and applications to retrieve information.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
