Job Description: As a System Engineer II, you will work closely with the Government Lead Engineer to perform technical planning and analysis of system requirements, integration, and documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with analyses in concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Converting operational requirements into hardware and software system requirements/specifications.
• Performing analysis of baselines to support detailed trade studies, systems performance analysis, and reviewing technical drawing packages for accuracy.
• Supporting engineering IPT functions and reporting.
• Designing, developing, testing, and rolling out new system designs and development problems.
• Transforming customer requirements into executable and operational products.
• Identifying, assessing, and documenting technical risks.
• Providing engineering input to Program Integrated Master Schedules and Program Briefs.
• Developing and revising systems engineering documents, such as Information Support Plans, Systems Engineering Plans, Test and Evaluation Plans, and Program Protection Plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
