Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team at Dobson Store (Dobson & Guadalupe). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the sales floor, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
  • Monitor product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
  • Ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring that all Team Members are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
  • Act as a key holder for the store, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager.
  • Process complex sales transactions, including customer returns.
  • Ensure that Team Members are operating per company standards and procedures.
  • Build a high-performing team, responsible for performance management, staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.
  • Drive company culture change efforts and change management processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
  • One-year customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
