Assistant Store Manager

Power Store (Power & Ray) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
- Monitor product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
- Ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales floor and ensure that Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
- Work to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
- Ensure store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
- Partner with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill's mission.
- Lead the development and execution of training programs for Team Members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
- One-year customer service experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
