  • Collaborate with our team to create estimates and develop solutions for our clients
  • Work closely with facilities managers to understand project needs and deliver results
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to benefit our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through exceptional customer service
  • Train and mentor new apprentices in best practices and techniques
  • Document projects and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service
