About the Role:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our commercial clients in the Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of building systems to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with our team to create estimates and develop solutions for our clients
- Work closely with facilities managers to understand project needs and deliver results
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to benefit our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through exceptional customer service
- Train and mentor new apprentices in best practices and techniques
- Document projects and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service
