Job Description
">As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for guests. This includes fostering a positive and collaborative environment, providing hands-on leadership, and developing strong relationships with vendors.
">You will also oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance. Meeting and/or exceeding financial obligations and profitability through overseeing and actively participating in sales, labor productivity, cost control, and effective purchasing are key responsibilities.
">Additionally, you will monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promote a respectful, safe, and harassment-free environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a premium food and beverage operation.
- Experience with restaurant openings, hiring, training, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
- Proven conflict resolution and service recovery skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership experience, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment maintenance.
- Excellent professional presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
