Job Summary

The Team Player is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized shopping environments. This role requires a strong ability to assess customer needs, provide product education, and engage in effective communication to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Describe product features and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions
  • Recommend and locate merchandise to meet customer needs
  • Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to maximize sales
  • Monitor and prevent security risks and theft
  • Maintain store appearance and organization
  • Support sales floor replenishment and inventory management
