Field Services Supervisor

The Field Services Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians who execute emergency response and environmental remediation projects in the field and at client sites. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to ensure project work scopes are met while adhering to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers in customer service-related work, including scope of work development, safety requirements, and document preparation.
- Supervise field work to ensure tasks are performed safely, compliantly, and accurately.
- Work with purchasing agents to obtain pricing from suppliers and develop project cost budgets.
- Compile and organize job-related paperwork, including health and safety meeting documentation and vendor receipts.
- Develop and implement health and safety plans for field projects.
- Knowledge of personnel management, operations, equipment, waste processing, and recycling techniques.
- Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and special licenses or certifications as required.
