Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team at SWRG INC. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage seating arrangements, ensuring optimal flow and even distribution of diners.
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list, keeping guests informed and engaged.
  • Manage reservations, recording and sharing important guest notes, including allergies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and incidents with poise and professionalism, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Perform regular restroom checks, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout service.
  • Set up the host stand and coat check, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess preferred.
  • Working knowledge of OpenTable and online ordering systems a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Leads by example, demonstrating good judgment and a positive attitude.
