Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive menu selling process to drive finance department profitability and product penetration
  • Track and manage portfolio with lenders to ensure timely and efficient deal processing
  • Conduct daily reviews of finance department paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the sales department in achieving its objectives
  • Lead by example in demonstrating professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a finance department work schedule to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior automotive finance experience and knowledge of finance industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
