In this vital position, you will assist in overseeing daily office operations, including providing administrative support to the team. You will collaborate closely with management, handling communications and assisting with sales support and customer service through various channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Data entry, reporting, and analytical assistance
- Management of collateral inventory
- Job scheduling, confirmations, and supply orders
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Gathering feedback from clients, business partners, and suppliers
- Overseeing employee and subcontractor documentation
- Posting job advertisements and arranging interviews
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Payroll administration
- Support for trade associations and industry groups
- Coordinating digital marketing initiatives and responding to inquiries
- Representing the company within the local community and networking with potential clients as opportunities arise
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Proficient in general office technology and software, including Google Workspace
- Prior experience with recruitment and payroll systems is advantageous
- A relevant degree or certification is a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to learn and utilize basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Hourly rate: $16 - $18 per hour
