Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to provide Tier 1 and 2 help desk support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and systems
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • IAT II (Security+ or other qualifying certification to meet the DOD IAT II guideline)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job
  • Navy IT project experience highly desired
