  • Evaluate FranSys tickets alongside Franchise Advisors to facilitate prompt resolutions.
  • Ensure accuracy in all data entries to guarantee timely billing for customers and payments for Franchise Owners.
  • Assess new start files and select 2-3 Franchise Owners for site visits based on business needs and capabilities.

Prior to site visits, it is essential to:

  • Prepare notes to clarify payment terms for Franchise Owners before they finalize agreements.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions focused on 'training the trainer' methodologies.
  • Provide management training covering aspects such as forecasting, hiring, and interviewing.
  • Deliver technical training related to terminal cleaning and certification processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors to arrange training classes for Franchise Advisors and Franchise Owners.
  • Engage in Business Development Meetings with underperforming Franchise Owners to strategize growth or exit plans.
  • Facilitate both classroom and practical training for new and existing franchise owners.
  • Accompany Franchise Owners on customer visits to enhance special service sales, conduct site surveys, and finalize special service agreements.
  • Analyze reports to inform the Regional Director regarding the renewal timelines for Janitorial Franchise Agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in janitorial services or multifamily housing.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
