Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement resource management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage program staffing execution to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Analyze program resources to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address shortfalls.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and performance with Peraton and Team Peraton subcontractors.
  • Build a high-performing team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement key initiatives that drive business growth and improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing resource management strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Current DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • HRIS experience with Workday, Deltek, or Okta.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • EVMS experience with reporting and development of personnel metrics.
