Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement resource management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and program staffing to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and performance with Peraton and Team Peraton subcontractors.
  • Build a team environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, tune, and drive key initiatives such as resource planning, acquisition, leadership development, talent management, employee and career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience, including HR and resource management experience supporting an enterprise-level C6ISR program at a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), combatant command (CCMD), or agency level.
  • Leadership experience with diverse, multi-domain, distributed teams operating both CONUS/OCONUS.
  • Prior staffing experience with CONUS/OCONUS positions and understanding of TESA and SOFSA requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Clearance: current for DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI desired.
Desired Qualifications
  • Higher degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • HRIS experience: Workday, Deltek, Okta.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) issued by Scrum Alliance.
  • EVMS experience to include reporting and development of personnel metrics.
