Job Overview

Aptive Environmental is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Protection Specialist to join our team in Madison, WI. This full-time position involves working on the road, interacting with customers, and maintaining a company vehicle.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $36,000 - $44,000 based on an hourly rate of $17.75 - $21.75. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer uncapped sales and referral bonuses, annual incentive trips, and up to $300 in bi-weekly bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer pest concerns and issues by running daily routes and implementing effective pest solutions.
  • Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and maintain inventory of pesticides in usage.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, advising them of potential problems and recommending solutions.
  • Work schedule includes every other Saturday, and employees are required to carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
Requirements
  • A US driver's license valid for at least 3 years, with a clean driving record.
  • No experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and excel individually.
