Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at 54 Main Bar & Grille. As a representative of the establishment, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, preparing drinks according to our recipes, and protecting the establishment and its patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-stocked and clean bar area
  • Clean and restock condiments, supplies, and polishing glassware
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Prepare drinks in accordance with our recipes
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and ABC policies

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
  • Considerable knowledge of the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Energetic and friendly personality
  • Open availability and flexible schedule a plus

Compensation: $5.00/hour + Tips
