As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored selling of luxury travel cruise vacation packages to deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Building, nurturing, and growing an engaged database of clients
  • Converting company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process
  • Helping manage a team of cruise travel agents to ensure they have the support and guidance required to consistently achieve sales targets
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on luxury cruise options, destinations, and itineraries
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and travel aspirations
  • Handling booking inquiries, reservations, and follow-up communication with professionalism and efficiency

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in cruise sales, ideally in luxury cruises specifically
  • A track record of outstanding sales results
  • A flexible individual who can work in a small team
  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics
  • Customer-focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world-class pre and post-booking experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement, and wanting to progress your career
  • Motivated and driven with a hunger to maximize your commission opportunity

The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on your experience. However, the real game-changer is the commission scheme, which can exceed $100,000 per year for top performers.
