SALES ASSOCIATE

Jimmy Choo is a renowned luxury fashion brand that embodies an empowered sense of glamour and a confident sense of style. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a stylish and sophisticated individual who is driven to achieve results and has a passion for customer engagement. As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand representative who can multitask and build lasting client relationships. You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Partner with the management team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community and foster customer relationships through proactive engagement
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times to create an exceptional shopping experience
  • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities

WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of driving sales results
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results and take initiative
  • A curious and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer service-focused individual with a passion for client and community engagement
  • A technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn
