SALES ASSOCIATE

At Jimmy Choo, we're seeking a Sales Associate who embodies the essence of our brand: glamour, sophistication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving results through personalized service, building lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, and partnering with management to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with our clientele
  • Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community, fostering customer relationships and promoting our brand
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, including store displays and merchandise
  • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results and achieve sales targets
  • Curious and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Technologically savvy, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to new systems and processes
