Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Orlando Vineland Outlet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships, and partnering with management to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive results through delivering exceptional customer service and after-sale support
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized engagement and follow-up
  • Partner with management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest Jimmy Choo collections and trends
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community, fostering customer relationships and promoting the Jimmy Choo brand
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, including store displays and merchandise
  • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of sales success
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results and take initiative
  • Curious and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-focused with a passion for building strong client relationships
  • Technologically savvy with experience in luxury retail software and systems
