Cardiac Recovery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Recovery Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
