Responsibilities- Conduct telephone triage to assess patient needs and respond promptly to emergent, urgent, and non-urgent inquiries.
- Develop and deliver individualized patient education programs focused on diagnosis, procedures, and treatment plans to enhance patient understanding and care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and the highest standards of patient care.
- Serve as a cardiac health resource and educator for office staff and the broader community, promoting awareness and understanding.
- Monitor and manage abnormal test results, facilitating appropriate referrals and follow-ups while maintaining meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our starting pay for this position is $34.32, and the pay scale is $52.83 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, certification(s), and/or education.
