Cardiac Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our cardiology outpatient clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in assessing and educating patients on their cardiac health, guided by our physicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone triage to assess patient needs and prioritize calls based on urgency
- Developing and delivering individualized patient education programs to enhance patient understanding and care
- Collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and the highest standards of patient care
- Serving as a cardiac health resource and educator for office staff and the broader community
- Monitoring and managing abnormal test results, facilitating appropriate referrals and follow-ups
