About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN - Cardiac Procedure and Recovery to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a member of our cardiac care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing cardiac procedures and recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac care setting.
