Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Foreman to lead our aerial crew in utility construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and assist with the assignments of crew employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Safety: Act as lead for aerial crew employees, ensuring that Company safety policies and practices are followed. Conduct periodic safety checks, investigate accidents, and document daily tailgate meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities, read and implement design prints, and maintain proper records for accurate and timely submission of Production Reports.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform all aerial crew tasks, including setting poles and anchors, installing/repairing aerial cable, and operating vehicles following all safety and traffic regulations.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Perform basic daily maintenance of Company vehicles, including fluids checks, cleanliness, and organization.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license, CDL Class A driver's license preferred. Possess a working knowledge of customer specifications, proficient in all phases of underground construction, and capable of operating necessary equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 LBS as needed with or without assistance.
