Position Overview
Are you ready to contribute to a vital industry? Join our team as a Laborer within the Aerial Crew and play a key role in enhancing connectivity across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Laborer in the Aerial Crew, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the installation and maintenance of aerial telecommunications cables. You will ensure that all tasks are executed in compliance with customer standards.

  • Support technicians by providing necessary materials and relocating equipment as instructed.
  • Complete door-tagging and notify residents about construction activities before commencing work each day.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring all records are accurately documented.
  • If qualified, operate company vehicles to transport materials to job sites.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Have 0-1 years of experience in unskilled labor; experience in telecommunications is advantageous.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance. Certification as a pole climber or the ability to demonstrate proficiency in pole climbing is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills
Familiarity with the installation of aerial and underground cables, as well as adherence to applicable codes and regulations, is preferred.
