Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Aerial Crew to join our team at Trawick. As a key member of our utility construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the assignments of aerial crew employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Safety: Ensure Company safety policies and practices are followed, act as lead for aerial crew employees, and assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
  • Job Execution: Read and implement design prints and other related instructions pertaining to the job, maintain proper records for accurate and timely submission of Production Reports, and perform all aerial crew tasks.
  • Operational Management: Operate vehicle following all safety and traffic regulations, perform basic daily maintenance of Company vehicle, and ensure necessary safety equipment is available and in proper working order.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all employees under your direction are trained in safe procedures relating to their job and conduct periodic safety checks at the jobsite.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license, CDL Class A driver's license preferred, and 6 months of experience in the utility construction industry.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold temperatures, and ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 LBS as needed.
