About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our junk hauling and moving operations. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining schedules and staffing for our hauling and moving teams
  • Performing scheduled estimates and maintaining employee log sheets
  • Calculating daily job revenue and labor costs
  • Overseeing truck captains and wingmen
  • Ensuring uniform compliance and maintaining metal and paper recycling
  • Implementing new and ongoing training programs
  • Managing relevant reporting and financial information

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a dynamic customer service-oriented professional with a passion for client service and problem-solving. You will be energetic, driven, and growth-minded, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have experience in logistics and customer service.
