Job Title: Tableau/Cognos/WebSphere Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau/Cognos/WebSphere Systems Administrator to join our team at RIT Solutions, Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the administration and support of Tableau implementation in a Linux environment, as well as experience in the administration and management of WebSphere and Cognos Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform user security management in Tableau administration tools.
  • Perform Tableau deployments in all environments following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Build, configure, and manage Tableau environments on Red Hat Linux.
  • Plan, install, and configure IBM WebSphere Servers and Cognos Analytics BI applications on Linux virtual servers.
  • Install and configure SSL Certificates in WebSphere.
  • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
  • Perform problem analysis and resolution for OS and Middleware applications.
  • Actively participate in infrastructure projects impacting Tableau and Cognos/WebSphere environments.
  • Provide technical support for the disaster recovery environment.
  • Provide on-call 24/7 support for any issues, user report executions, application issues, failover incidents, and log reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the installation, administration, and support of Tableau implementation in a Linux environment.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the administration and management of WebSphere and Cognos Analytics.
  • Experience in security hardening in WebSphere and Linux.
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree desirable; equivalent experience required.
