Job Description

This is a full-time or part-time position that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability coverage completely paid by the employer. We also offer a 401K with a six percent match, a sign-on bonus of $10,000, and relocation assistance upon eligibility. Additionally, we have access to student loan repayment programs that can help reduce your debt.

Responsibilities
  • You will work under the supervision and mentorship of the Mental Health Program Manager as a trauma-informed integrated behavioral health clinician providing direct patient care.
  • You will provide mental health support for patients as part of their overall care, achieving patient clinical measures, and contributing to the overall wellness of the entire community.
  • You will facilitate individual and/or group counseling, utilizing evidence-based approaches in treatment with a variety of mental health needs.
  • You will assess patients' behavioral and mental condition based on review of patient information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other integrated care team members.
  • You will keep accurate and timely records, including comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions, appropriately to clinic policies, licensure guidelines, and local, state, and federal guidelines.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in social work from an accredited University.
  • An unrestricted Oregon License and hold credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Certification in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Treating Complex Trauma, or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
  • One year of experience working in healthcare or similar settings as a behavioral or mental health provider is preferred.
