Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business partners to comprehend their needs, processes, and goals.
  • Foster communication between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to collect requirements and provide project updates.
  • Perform impact assessments and risk evaluations for proposed modifications.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and user needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and IT professionals to ensure solutions adhere to quality standards.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during implementation phases.
  • Offer training and assistance to end-users as required.

Qualifications:
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in document creation, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Education / Training:
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
