Position: Licensed Plumber

Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and maintaining plumbing systems within our facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the upkeep of plumbing systems and facility infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure optimal operation of building systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on all plumbing installations.
  • Identify and report any issues or deficiencies to management.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and provide necessary feedback.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Plumber License (Journeyman or Master).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including:
    • Water fountains
    • Filtration systems
    • Restroom facilities
    • Backflow prevention devices
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and push/pull equipment (up to 100 lbs).
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Manual dexterity and physical mobility are essential.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching required.
