Position Title: Licensed Plumber

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and maintaining plumbing systems within our facilities. The role requires a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the upkeep of plumbing systems and building infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure the functionality of HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose issues with plumbing systems and equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on all plumbing installations.
  • Identify and report any deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Oversee subcontractors during their assignments and provide necessary documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Plumber License (Journeyman or Master).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including but not limited to:
    • Water fountains
    • Filtration systems
    • Restroom facilities
    • Backflow preventers
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push up to 100 lbs.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Capacity to maneuver equipment and supplies.
  • Manual dexterity and mobility are essential.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching are required.
